I run a content-style website with product reviews, buying guides, and comparison articles. I’m trying to decide which affiliate networks are actually worth joining first.

I see people mention Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Awin, Amazon Associates, PartnerStack, Rakuten, and FlexOffers. For a publisher focused on SEO traffic and written reviews, which ones would you prioritize?

AI Summary

Replies generally recommend starting with ShareASale, Impact, CJ Affiliate, and Awin for content review websites. Amazon Associates is useful for conversions, while FlexOffers is mentioned as a secondary network to compare carefully.

For a content website, I would start with ShareASale, Impact, and CJ Affiliate. ShareASale is good for niche merchants, Impact is strong for bigger brand partnerships, and CJ has many established advertisers.

I would not join every network on day one. It becomes messy fast. Build your main affiliate pages first, test what converts, and then add other networks like Awin, Rakuten, or FlexOffers when you need more options.

My order would be Impact, ShareASale, CJ, then Awin. If your site covers software or business tools, PartnerStack can also be very good. Amazon Associates is still useful because people trust Amazon, but the commissions are not exciting in many categories.

FlexOffers has a large marketplace, but I would compare it carefully with the top networks instead of assuming bigger means better.

It depends on your category. For software and B2B, PartnerStack and Impact are usually better. For home, lifestyle, fashion, and general consumer products, ShareASale and CJ are often easier to work with.

I would only add FlexOffers after you know what your audience buys. Otherwise you may spend too much time browsing offers instead of building content that ranks.

For review sites, I care about three things: good merchants, clear terms, and reliable tracking. A network can have thousands of programs, but if the best ones are hard to get approved for or the terms are unclear, it does not help much.

I would start with two or three networks max. ShareASale and Impact are good starting points for many publishers.
