My realistic healthy dinner is salmon or eggs, microwaved sweet potato and bagged salad. I know it sounds boring, but it stops me from ordering food. The best healthy meal is the one you can make when you are tired.
What healthy meals do you actually eat every week and not just save on Pinterest?
I keep saving healthy recipes and then ordering takeout because they look like too much work. What are your real repeat meals that are healthy but still realistic?
People share realistic healthy meals they actually repeat weekly instead of complicated recipes they never cook.

Turkey chili is the one I make almost every week. Beans, tomatoes, ground turkey, onion, spices and frozen corn. It gives us leftovers, it freezes well, and everyone eats it. I add Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and call it good.
My most repeated meal is a bowl: rice or quinoa, roasted vegetables, chicken or chickpeas, and a simple yogurt sauce. It is not fancy, but it works because I can change the sauce and vegetables. Healthy meals became easier when I stopped expecting every dinner to be a new recipe.
