I want nature and beautiful views, but I’m not the type to hike 10 miles a day. Which national parks are great for normal travelers?

AI Summary

Travelers recommend U.S. national parks with scenic views, easier walks and accessible experiences for non-hardcore hikers.

The Grand Canyon is powerful even from the rim. You can walk small sections, take shuttles and still have a memorable trip. Just do not underestimate heat and distance. You do not need to hike down into the canyon to appreciate it.

Acadia is great because you can mix scenic drives, short walks, coast views and good food nearby. You do not have to be an intense hiker to enjoy it. Sunrise at Cadillac Mountain is popular for a reason, but reserve ahead if required.

Bryce Canyon is amazing even if you do not hike far. The viewpoints are incredible, and you can do shorter walks if you feel like it. Pairing it with Zion can work, but Zion needs more planning because of crowds and shuttles.
