What is the difference between PMS and PMDD in real life?

Answers & Discussion
The difference is usually how much it disrupts your life. Mood swings, cravings and bloating can be PMS. Feeling hopeless, rageful, unable to function or scared by your own thoughts before every period is not something to brush off. It is worth getting professional help.
