Despite claiming he was done with Vin Diesel‘s “Fast & Furious” franchise, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is once again a part of it.
TheWrap reported that Dwayne Johnson appears in a post-credit scene for the upcoming film “Fast X,” set to release in theaters next week. Though it’s uncertain what occurs or who he appears alongside, it’s apparent that Luke Hobbs will continue to drive speedy automobiles.
The cameo is surprising because in 2021, Vin publicly urged Dwayne to return to the ‘Fast’ franchise, but Dwayne declined and wanted no involvement. Vin had urged Dwayne not to let the franchise be idle and reminded him of his important role.
Shortly after the Instagram plea, Dwayne spoke to CNN and called out Vin, saying it was just a form of “manipulation.” He clarified that he had already privately discussed his decision with Vin and there was “no chance” of his return.
Dwayne and Vin had a strained relationship on set over the years. Dwayne hinted that some of his male costars, presumably Vin, did not behave like “true professionals.”
Do you perceive the aroma that is being emitted from the dish that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is preparing? It appears to be indicating some sort of regretful withdrawal from a previous statement or action.
