A new CEO of Twitter.. and this is Musk’s future position

Elon Musk, CEO of Twitter, announced that he had found a new CEO for the social networking platform, and that she would start work in about six weeks.

“My role will move to Executive Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing Products, Software and Computers,” he added in a tweet. However, he did not mention the name of the candidate.

While the move is likely to assuage the concerns of Tesla investors, who have been increasingly concerned about the time Musk is devoting to making changes to Twitter.

On the news, Tesla’s shares increased by 2.4 percent.

Rapid changes

In November, Musk stated that he planned to spend less time on Twitter and eventually hire a new CEO to oversee the company.

In October, after purchasing the Twitter Mask, there were many changes within the first two weeks. The new owner swiftly removed Parag Agrawal, the former CEO of Twitter, and other top executives. Later in November, half of the staff was let go.
