A Brazilian woman brought a dead body to the bank for a loan!

A Brazilian client surprised the employees of a banking agency in the city of Rio de Janeiro , after she took an unthinkable step and brought a dead body with her to the bank, while trying to convince them to grant him a new loan.

A video clip filmed by an employee at the bank showed the moment when this woman, who appears to be in her sixties, tries to “persuade” the corpse to sign a loan contract from the aforementioned bank.

At the time the incident was documented by employees at the bank, their colleagues in the same agency called the police, who came in record time and arrested the woman named “Erica de Souza Vieira Nunes” and detained her pending investigation.

According to what was reported by the British newspaper “Daily Mail” on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, the preliminary investigations conducted by the police revealed that the body in question belonged to her uncle, and she said that begun carrying out the necessary procedures to first dissect it and determine the causes of death.

Also confirmed that The police would investigate the woman in depth to find out the circumstances of the incident and the circumstances of her death, in addition to the motives that made her take this very strange step.

The Brazilian police revealed that they would expand the investigation to include the rest of the family members in order to determine whether these documents were prepared while he was dead or while he was alive.

It is noteworthy that Brazilian press reports said that the value of the loan amounted to 17 thousand Brazilian reals, equivalent to about 3,000 US dollars.
