4 Career Paths a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) can take you!
Clinical Practitioner
You can begin your own practice and be your own boss, or you can work for another practitioner, as there is always a high demand for highly skilled clinical practitioners. Being your own boss allows you to follow your passion while setting your own hours. It is also possible to find a boss that will let you set your own hours.
Position with a similar industry
You may take your passion and knowledge of nutrition and implement it in another industry such as product development where you can create new nutritious products to sell on to the public and help improve the diets and nutrition of the public at a larger scale.
Content creator
If you enjoy nutrition but would also like to indulge a creative streak then content creation may be the career pathway for you. The content you create can be in the form of social media posts, cookbooks, magazine features and blog posts.
Presenter/ educator
Finally, if you prefer to spread the knowledge you have gained to other like-minded people, you may choose to be a presenter or educator and nurture the next generation of nutritionists via lectures, webinars and conferences.
Each of the four above-mentioned careers has been summarised in the Endeavour College of Natural Health’s infographic.
