1Limit chemical exposure

Our nails are exposed to chemicals that we would never consider bathing our delicate skin in, but we will pay heftily for the privilege to do so to our nails.
Chemicals in nail polishes and acetone-based polish removers are strong and damaging and will wreak havoc over time.
Even if you’re opting to use non-acetone removers, it may not actually offer a lot of benefit since you will have to expose your nails to the weaker chemical for longer to remove all the polish and most people will rub at the nail more aggressively to successfully remove all the leftover polish.
