Every year, Skytrax releases an annual list of the best airlines from all around the world, where the selection is based on data from an online satisfaction survey. The survey to determine this year’s winners was open from September 2023 until May 2023 and was created in six languages, where people of over 100 nationalities voted for their favorite options. And this year, Singapore Airlines represents the best airline of 2023, taking the title from the last year’s winner, Qatar Airlines, which now dropped second. The Skytrax World Airline Awards of 2023 took place at the Paris Air Show on Tuesday, 20th June, where the best airlines of the year received the awards and were recognized as the industry’s best leaders.

Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines is the leader of this year, and its success was guaranteed by the dedication that the company and the employees offer to customer service.
