Take a Walk Outside
Getting outside is important to your mental and physical health. Even with social distancing in place, you can safely take a walk around your neighborhood. Soak in some sunshine and stop locking yourself indoors it will make a huge difference in your mental health.
Do Something Creative
Even if you are not someone who usually enjoys creative outlets, you might find that you enjoy doing something a little out of your ordinary. Paint a picture, write a story, make up a TikTok dance, any of these options are a great way to get your creative juices flowing and make your time speed by a little faster.
