Elon Musk uses a “martial arts champion” to prepare to face Mark Zuckerberg in a wrestling ring

Elon Musk lining up his team of coaches to prepare for his highly anticipated face-off with his technological rival, Mark Zuckerberg. This update was reported by the American website Business Insider on Thursday, June 29, 2023.

“I am a huge admirer of yours, and it would be an incredible privilege for me to support you and serve as your training partner for the upcoming challenge against Zuckerberg,” expressed Georges St-Pierre, the legendary UFC fighter, in a tweet addressing Musk on Twitter. Responding to the invitation, Musk tweeted back, saying, “Alright, let’s do this.”

Saint-Pierre is a former professional mixed martial artist, and is considered one of the greatest fighters in the history of the sport. He was a two-division UFC champion, winning the Welterweight title and then the Middleweight title.

The two tech executives appeared to agree to the fight after Musk tweeted last week that he was ” ready ” for a cage wrestling match if Zuckerberg accepted the challenge. The Meta CEO responded via his own platform, Instagram, and asked Musk to send the location of the encounter.

In this regard, the head of the “UFC” championship, Dana White, said that he spoke to two technical executives on the phone and they are “very serious” about the fight.

However, it appears that Musk is training to fight, although the final details of the match are yet to be determined.Lex Friedman, a popular computer scientist and podcast host, said he met Musk for an ” impromptu coaching session ,” adding in a tweet that he was impressed by Elon’s “strength, toughness, and skill.”
