Adobe Acrobat X Pro Review

Adobe Acrobat X Pro lets you quickly and easily create high-quality PDF files with more dynamic and packs in more new features than prior releases did. Although PDFs have been interactive for some time, such as with Version 9’s support for Web-based forms, Acrobat 9 takes the print-ready document format into the so-called Web 2.0 era. The Portable Document format is maturing from print-readiness to a venue for multimedia content. For the first time, PDFs will play movies via the free Acrobat Reader.

With Adobe Acrobat X Pro powerful features and new powerful interface such as creating PDF and PDF/A documents from virtually any Windows file.. And also all the other powerful features make Adobe may be a step ahead because they created the PDF form, but with lacks of supporting all file types and the high price make us choose not the best top pdf software

And with Adobe Acrobat X Pro new features as PDF Editor which has a Touch-up Object tool and other tools to make minor edits to images in your documents. New to Acrobat are the collaboration features. Users can upload PDFs to a network folder, SharePoint workspace or to Adobe.com then uses features like Collaborate Live or Share Screen to perform group reviews in real time. Users can create portfolios using different types of documents or images, or by merging existing PDFs.

The Adobe Acrobat X Pro has advanced printing options that support color matching, embedded fonts and font subsets. There’s also a Prepare function to optimize your document for the web or high-quality printing. The Save As function is limited to just the PDF file type. To get other output options, you can use the Convert file tool to convert your PDF to MS Word or Excel format, or to a text or image file.

Other nifty new features in Acrobat X include an Action feature that lets you use a few clicks to perform a preset series of tasks, for example a set of tasks that remove hidden data and optimize a PDF before publishing it to the Web. Acrobat’s Actions resemble Quick Tasks in Outlook 2010 or the Automator features in OS X,

The New Adobe Acrobat X Pro 10.0 Best of all, you can edit documents made from any PDF creation tool, including those originally produced in Adobe Acrobat.. Also with Acrobat X Pro, it displays the received data in spreadsheet format, and you can export it for use in a worksheet app or database. Acrobat also keeps track of which of your contacts returned the PDF so you can send a reminder to those who didn’t. It all sounds far more complicated than it is, and it worked smoothly and effortlessly in my tests

And also you can choose and create PDF forms quickly and easily using a robust set of form design and editing tools. In just a few clicks, turn static PDF documents into professional-looking PDF forms containing text fields, buttons, checkboxes, JavaScript and more
